Generate deterministic license keys tied to MT5 account numbers

Keys are deterministic — the same MT5 account number always produces the same key. The EA's CheckLicense() re-derives the expected key from AccountInfoInteger(ACCOUNT_LOGIN) and compares it against the entered key. Mismatches prevent execution.
